Most Frequently Asked Administrative Questions

  1. What is the Launch Website and how do I sign in?
    • The Launch Website is a special membership area within the NANT website where you will find all the program details and content for your purchased access to the Launch Program.  When you purchased the program you received an email with all log in details to access your program.  Need further assistance with logging in?  Click here or send email to LaunchSupport@neonataltherapists.com to connect with Launch Customer Support Team.  You will also see a customer support button on the bottom of each of your Launch Website pages.
  2. How do I get into the Facebook Group?
  3. I don’t use Facebook. Will this negatively affect my participation in the program?
    • It certainly doesn’t have to!  The core education and mentoring will come through your engagement with the training content and your participation in the Guidance Calls. The Facebook group is simply an added feature that allows greater access to your mentors and quick communication with fellow Launch members. This may enhance your experience of the program but remains optional.
  4. How do I get the handouts for the training modules?
    • You will find handouts for the training modules by logging into your Launch Website and doing the following: Click on the tab titled, Monthly Training Modules, then click on the module you would like to review in the Course Content table. Below the training webinar you will find all related handouts to that module.
  5. What is the difference in a Training Module and Guidance Call?
    • We’re glad you asked. The Training Module is exactly that, training on a specific topic each month of your program. The training webinars are presented in a LIVE webinar lecture format. You will receive the recording of the Training Webinar on this Website under the tab titled, Monthly Training Modules, approximately 24-48 hours after each scheduled event. See your program schedule for dates and times under the tabs titled Monthly Training Modules and Monthly Guidance Calls.A Guidance Call is set up as a group telephone call where all members of the program are invited into this interactive conversation. During this call you will be encouraged to ask questions, voice feedback on the training modules, other current situations where the training applies, or any current leadership (life or work) challenge you encounter. The replay of these calls are also posted to this website under the tab titled, Monthly Guidance Calls, within 24-48 hours after each event.
  6. I would like a class directory so I can connect with others out there. Do you have a list for us?
    • We are excited for you to connect with others as well! Click here to submit your details to be included in the next version of the Launch Class Directory.
  7. I have TONS of questions for my mentors in LAUNCH. What is the best way for me ask these questions?
    • Great question! We’ve provided 2 ways for you to ask questions and receive feedback from your mentors.First and best opportunity: take advantage of your Monthly Guidance Calls. This is a live coaching forum with your mentors and other group members. If you are joining the call online (versus phone – see button on your Monthly Guidance page) you may also type in questions in real time. This may work best for our international participants.

      The second opportunity: private Facebook group. This is where you may post questions throughout the month or even in the event that you have to miss a Guidance Call. Remember this is a private and safe space to share with mentors and other group members. No one on the internet will see your private conversations. The great thing about this private Facebook group is that you will also get information from Launch alums. And, once you’ve completed the Launch Program, you will have the option to remain in the Facebook group. We hope you will feel that you have a community that can help you out when you need information, support, or just want to share a big WIN for yourself.

  8. What if I cannot attend the Monthly Guidance Calls?
    • We definitely understand this issue. The Guidance Calls are typically set for 2pm Eastern Time.  With an international community, we are simply unable to find a time that works for everyone.  If at all possible, try and carve out this one hour per month to make it to the call, because this is where we believe you will find significant value in the coaching and collaboration portion of Launch.  But if that doesn’t work for you, you can always email a question in ahead of the call, and we will do our best to answer that question during the Guidance Call. The great news is that the Monthly Guidance Calls are recorded!  You can listen to them on your commute or even while on the treadmill!
  9. How long do I have access to the Launch content?
    • You will have access to the Launch content for three years from the start of the program. The reason we “take access away” after that timeframe is to ensure the accuracy of the content.
  10. What Do I Receive at the End of the Program?
    • At the end of the program you will receive a Launch Leadership Program Certificate of Completion from the National Association of Neonatal Therapists. Launch alums have added this to their CV under professional development and/or leadership certificates.You will receive optional ongoing support, communication, and collaboration with Launch alums and future Launchers via the Private Launch Facebook Page.

      As a Launch alum, you will continue to receive a 50% discount on registration for the Mastery Circle Package at NANT’s Annual Conference.

      As a Launch alum, you will be invited to any Launch-specific activities planned at NANT’s Annual Conference.
