Are you ready to live and work at a whole different level?

Then you’re in the right place.

If you’ve been in healthcare for several years (or decades), and have achieved most of the clinical and academic goals you’ve set for yourself, you may be wondering…

Where Do I Go Now?

Because here’s the truth:

You’ve outgrown your own ‘mentors’, whose leadership experiences are often limited to the exact team they are managing. (And most mentors weren’t taught to lead in the way we’re about to discuss.)

You’ve surpassed your peers
, and you are giving more good advice than you get.

You’re tired of being surrounded by people who believe that their growth is someone else’s responsibility. You want to spend time with people who see growth as a life long process that when actively pursued, takes you to levels you never knew existed.

You love attending national events
because you still learn something new every time and the networking can be priceless, but you don’t get as much out of the clinical aspects anymore. You’re looking for something more and can’t put your finger on it.

You’ve mastered your current environment, and are looking around
saying, “I need another CEU like I need a hole in the head. I’m just not sure where to go now. I need a different crowd to hang out with so I can get the right answers for my best next steps. I need real strategy and leadership impact.”
You know there’s more. More to give. More to learn. More to contribute. You just need to know the best path without wasting any time.

So where DO you go?

Well, We Have a Place…

To be surrounded by colleagues at your level or above.

To understand a whole new kind of leadership.

To focus on your mindset first and watch what unfolds next.

To develop skills as a leader of your LIFE and work.

It’s time to LAUNCH!

I am approaching every aspect of my life more mindfully, including considering how I want to show up, as well as taking the time to reflect on the interaction/experience afterward. I am much more clear, since joining and participating in our group, in how alignment and attitude impact everything. This work is raising my consciousness professionally and personally; actually, because there is vulnerability and joy in every aspect of our lives. It feels really, really good to be here.
